Description

One of the most simple things you can whip up for dinner, on the weekend, or for you and your spouse's lunch is this historic "Shepherd's Pie" or "Cottage Pie." My husband. Craig and I enjoy this easy recipe anytime or with friends during holiday gatherings.  I have Irish, Scottish, and a bit of Cajun in my heritage as you can tell from my red hair.  Wikipedia gives a great definition of this Shepherd's Pie.  Make sure and Google this fascinating dish.

Enjoy!
